I saw this story the other day, and was like “he’ll be retracting THAT one”.

I hate to be the one to point this out, but one generally says things like “mission accomplished” and “job well done” at the END of something. At least when Bush made this mistake, it was because he though the war was won.
Trump, on the other hand, is proclaiming #MissionAccomplished as he’s starting a war with Russia. Nothing has been accomplished except a few missiles hit their targets…and as yet, the promised Russian retaliation has not even occurred.
Mr. Trump…Do you even understand what that phrase means? Once again, just because you WANT it to be over, doesn’t mean it will end just because you say it IS.
