The world as we know it is imploding. The systems we’ve come to depend on are, one after another, coming undone, becoming irrelevant in a world of fabricated truth and altered reality.

This isn’t some scifi plot or a conspiracy theory. The American Empire is devolving, just like every colonial power that ever existed. Sooner or later, the colonized wake up. It’s usually right about the time you start taking bread off their tables to feed the wealthy. Don’t even get me started about forced indebtedness to feed medicine for profit, profit for billionaires.

Stick a fork in this mess. We’re done. The American Dream my ass. Capitalism is undemocratic. There’s nothing wrong with a privledged class. It’s something to aspire to if it’s truly attainable, under strong democratic principles. But capitalism without real democracy is just oligarchy. 

Think of oligarchy like the mob (choose your favorite mob, I don’t discriminate). If you’re in, you’re made. As long as you don’t piss off the boss. If you do piss the boss(es) off, maybe you fall off a building…or just lose everything and go to jail. Think Monopoly. Think games, because THEY think it’s all a game. For them to win.

Dog eat dog baby. Only the strong survive. That’s who these guys are. That’s what “bomb diplomacy” is. It’s not about America. It’s about money. It’s about taking more and more away from you and me, so that the REALLY rich people can get even richer. The “Owners of this country”, as George Carlin used to say.

Now they’ve come for our children. Again.

They are the machine. And now, the machine has AI. These people are dangerous. They talk about the “antichrist” like it’s a reality. I suppose it is, in a way. They are bringing A Beast into existence. The Machine has always existed, but it is much more powerful now. More more influential.

If you can’t disconnect, it’s probably time you NEED to disconnect. If you CAN’T live without the Internet, it’s time to remember what life was like before. And if you CAN remember, time to teach those of us who have never known.

Before corporate 24 hour “news” that is NOT journalism, but propaganda for two sides of an imaginary divide, created to distract us. Before instantaneous deepfakes, that imperceptibly change the viewpoints of millions who don’t know it’s fake. Distraction. More like Deception.

From the Truth. The Truth is, they don’t think we can govern ourselves. They think THEY know better, because THEY proved themselves. How? By making fucktonnes of money?

The only thing that proves is how fucking cruel they are, and how unqualified to govern. Making another billion is more important than being a decent human being. Being a decent human being who CARES about others. ALL of them.

Both sides are mostly lies. We The People must lead ourselves out of this mess, and away from the Kool aid these billionaires are serving. History forgotten is history repeated. Fuck all the Jim Jones Hitler muthafukkers who think they are better than everyone else. For whatever reason.

Clearly, they are not better. Time to evolve, cavedwellers.

Be Not Afraid. Socialism is Everywhere.

ALL GOVERNMENT SPENDING IS SOCIALISM. Every penny.

They just use that word “socialist” (often erroneously paired with “Communist” or “Marxist”) to convince you (using FEAR) that it’s better if they spend YOUR TAX DOLLARS on tax breaks for the few, the wealthy and privileged. And maybe a few for-profit prisons to lock the rest of us up in (if we get high to try and forget the atrocities done by these miserable sons of bitches who are running this country).

Most people in prison are there for non-violent DRUG POSSESSION. In for-profit prisons, many of which hire them out for a fraction of minimum wage. Modern slavery.
Why? Profit. Exploit ordinary citizens for their own gains. People go to jail, or die, but they make money. So it’s OK.

They don’t make as much money if the government decides feeding the poor, or housing the homeless is a better use of the money. Because it helps people, they call it “charity”. The only reason they give to charity at all is for the tax write-offs and PR.
They call people who need help LAZY.
They say refugees who need help are ILLEGAL.
They say children who need help are EXPENDABLE.
All excuses NOT TO HELP

Like walking past a disheveled person asking for help on the street. Don’t look at them. Ignore the problem. Make excuses not to help.

Folks, THEY blame the poor, but the RICH are the problem. The WEALTHY have set up this system to exploit us, from cradle to grave, and they keep turning the screws, hoping we die. Less LAZY ILLEGAL EXPENDABLE HUNGRY mouths to feed, equals more profits for THEM.
Pure Capitalism is CRUELTY.

It’s $38 Trillion Now


Socialism recognizes the things people need to survive and thrive, and tries to guarantee those things to all through government ownership of those resources. Food. Medicine. Clothing. Housing. Education. Police. Fire Dept. EMTs. Energy. Military defense. Research. Good stuff for ALL. Democracy decides what’s important to us.
We all chip in to make sure everyone has what they NEED to survive and thrive. Importantly, innovators can still get rich selling people NEW creations and advances. For as much profit as they can. Things people WANT. Not what they NEED to survive.

In either Socialism or Capitalism, those with more must give more. That’s the social contract.

But Capitalism must be regulated to protect the social contract. Socialism IS that contract. Democracy decides. Capitalism doesn’t go away. It just gets deprioritized over survival, and human decency. Profits are NOT more important than the social contract to help each other.

Getting rich by exploiting what people NEED to survive is IMMORAL.
Getting rich by imprisoning people for profit is immoral.
Getting rich by controlling all of the food production and constantly raising prices to ensure “economic growth” (aka increased profits) instead of eliminating hunger, is immoral.
Getting rich by sending our children off to die, protecting “economic interests” (aka oil profits, weapons revenue) is IMMORAL.
Getting rich by controlling (for profit) all of the ENERGY society needs to exist and grow is Immoral.
Getting rich by deciding who deserves medicine by how much they can afford to pay is IMMORAL.

This is NOT a RED vs. BLUE situation. The two parties are BOTH working against US, The American People. This is a HUMAN DECENCY issue. Greed vs. Kindness and Decency.
This is a HAVE-TOO-MUCH vs HAVE-NOT-ENOUGH situation. Most of us fall into the SECOND group. We should start acting like it.
Towards THEM, and especially towards Each Other.

There’s No Gene for RACE

There is NO GENE for RACE.
We Are All One Race.
HUMAN.

Descrimination because of how someone looks, is just HATE.

When we embrace our differences, we grow. We must not let fear of what we do not understand rule our lives. Everyone has their own perspective. The more we choose to understand and respect the perspective of others, the faster we grow and the stronger we become. Together.

Against all who would exploit and deprive us, of what we need to survive, in order to profit from our inability to choose.

We CAN choose. We must choose.

We must choose each other, not the rich and shameless. Equity, not exploitation. Freedom, not forced religion and journalistic propaganda. Education for all. Medicine for all.

Democracy. Not tyranny.

Today in my head

It turns out, life is never what you think it is. Several times in my life, I’ve learned this lesson. Sometimes the hard way.

Just because you think it’s important, doesn’t mean it is. We are always deciding which thoughts are important enough to act on. Everyday decisions are the real meat and potatoes of life.

Do we choose to follow the herd, or step out on our own? Stay or go. Buy or steal. Fight back or apologize. Choices we make seem right at the time, but the disasters they cause beg to differ.

All you can do is pick up the pieces and try again. Try and do it better. Make it right. Start over. Forward. Now will be the past.

The future will arrive. The doubts will clear. Maybe this time it was someone else’s fuck up that knocked us down. We’ll fuck up again. Or maybe we’ll succeed.

Doesn’t matter. The system is designed to keep you down. We’ll get knocked down, by our own stupidity or someone else’s.

And we’ll get up and do it again.
Until we don’t.

First Do No Harm

I’ve never understood why people want to become famous. Being famous means you can’t be yourself. You give up being ordinary. At least you used to. Ordinary people get pretty famous nowadays.

The Internet has changed the meaning of fame. You can have millions of followers (I don’t, but some people do) and still be pretty ordinary; obscure, in terms of the public eye.  You know…Including all those other people who are too good to Google. Too cool for TikTok.  For the rest of us, it’s sort of a golden age in a way. If you’re on the right apps, that is. If the Government doesn’t take them away because they’re afraid of the power we have.

What I want to know is where is the true music underground? The next breakout sound is out there, in some garage or dive bar. A bigger than life, but authentic scene. Where the music speaks the truth and the true seeds of destiny will spring. Not about the industry or money or fame. Music has the power to change. To change Us.

I’m a libertarian at heart. You don’t need a bunch of rules if you follow just one: first do no harm. When the industry is killing the product, the industry needs to change. The money is literally killing the music.

They will exploit us until we refuse to be exploited. Then they’ll find a new way to exploit us.

I’m Ending My Abusive Relationship with The Wealthy.

I think it’s time that the human race figures out, that progress for a few should never mean regress for some. If your success comes at another’s expense, it is not really success.
It’s abuse.
Abuse of human rights. Abuse of our shared resources. Abuse of power, for profit…and more power.
Call it Capitalism. Call it anything you want to, to justify it in your conscience. But I call them crimes against humanity, and only the wealthy and powerful are actually able to commit them. Uber Wealthy People. Big companies. Countries.
Because after all, who can actually hold them accountable?
