Judge blocks first Yellowstone grizzly hunt in 44 years after bears Trump administration ends protection

Seriously…Are we gonna hunt some polar bears next? Fortunately there are a few judges left that haven’t been replaced by Trump pawns.
This criminal motherfucker must be stopped. The economy, the environment, and our Nation are at stake.

Can We Really Trust the Wealthy to Fix America?

Oh fuck no. We need to demand what we deserve in the voting booth, and MAKE them fix this shit. They’ve been doing fine for a long LONG Time.

U.S.-Mexico Trade Pact Faces Scrutiny From Lawmakers at Home

Here’s a fun fact for my friends who don’t actually know how our government works: the president cannot make any trade agreement. That power is reserved to Congress. Not sure about withdrawing from such an agreement…logic says that’s under Congressional purvey as well, but on this I admit to ignorance.
Yes…I could Google it, but where’s the fun in that when I can just stir the pot online until someone else does it for me and tells me I’m wrong…or right?

Google search could legally block all Trump news entirely

Google can basically show whatever the fuck they want in their search results…unless they start skewing results to their profit at the expense of the competition. Then it’s not so much a free speech issue as it is a fair trade issue, regulated under commerce statutes.

“The First Amendment does not dictate that any non-government-run platform give any US citizen a platform to say or do whatever they want. The First Amendment does not require that Google allow any content in its search engine for any reason. Google’s search engine is not covered by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and U.S. law does not guarantee Freedom of Speech on Google’s search engine as such.”

FBI contradicts Trump’s claim about Hillary Clinton’s emails being hacked by China

There’s no evidence to support his claim, but he says it anyway. The FBI refutes it, but it’s too late…Trump’s base of knucklehead sheeple now believes it is the truth anyway.
THIS is the definition of #FakeNews folks. Creating alternative reality by speaking it into existence, even though it’s 100% unsubstantiated bullshit.
The truly amazing part is how many idiots think he’s not lying. Even more incredible is how many more GOP leaders and voters tolerate the lies and absolute fiction because they think it’s “better than the alternative”. You know…the ACTUAL TRUTH from the “liberal” press. Keep in mind that the root of “liberal” actually means “FREE”.
Wow. How fucked are we?

Solar on water, robots, and 2-sided panels, oh my: solar tech’s near future

I’m a huge proponent of solar in general, but I’m not a fan of floating solar. Aquasystems…the ecosystems of of lakes, ponds and even the ocean, are far too fragile. Robbing the lakes of that much surface area, creating artificial shade below it, could have catastrophic effects on the plant and fish below that depend on the sun for their existence.
