TMobile Just Raised Your Bill by $20 a month in a VERY Sneaky Way…
T-Mobile quietly changed their billing policies to take away discounts from customers on auto-pay who used a credit card (debit cards still get the discount), resulting in credit card customers being charged $20 extra every month automatically.

The discount previously had requirements of Auto-Pay and Paperless billing.They quietly removed the discount from everyone who pays by credit card.
It’s almost as if T-Mo knows that people won’t notice, once they stop sending the paperwork and automatically charge you every month. And they know they will gain $20 for every customer who doesn’t check their credit card bill every month, for every month until they do (or forever).
When I called to resolve, they claimed to fix it, but the next month my bill was $20 higher again. I finally got them to credit me by threatening to cancel my service. After three months in a row, I realized they were NEVER gonna fix it.
