Money should NOT be the gauge by which we measure our political candidates. All candidates should have an equal platform and “campaign finance” shouldn’t even be a thing. Considering cash expenditure as “free speech” is a flawed interpretation of our Constitution that simply needs to go away, and the first step to campaign finance reform is to divorce elections from money and the deception that goes along with “vote marketing”.
