I was fortunate to be gifted an extended version of this album that has extra out takes and alternative versions, including an amazing “Study for The Wheel” space jam that just wanders around blind through the innards of “The Wheel”. This whole album is Garcia’s fucking awesomeness at it’s finest.

Making your instrument sound it’s best is important. Nobody likes to play…or hear…a guitar that’s out of tune or full of “buzz”. This article does a pretty good job of explaining the tweaks you can make to get the old electric six string sounding sweeter. Your ears will thank you.

Yeah, I’ve heard THAT a few times before. I went to a Rolling Stones final tour once…I’m pretty sure it was their FIRST final tour…back in 1982 I think. Could’ve been 81 or 83…things were “fun” back then and memory is…well, let’s call it “conveniently sparse”.
