You know…this has been an issue for a long time, and yet children keep dying after becoming entangled in Window Blinds. Is no one holding manufacturers accountable?

This is the problem with a government of, by, and for the behemoth corporation, and not The People. These corporations are treated “as people” when it comes to bribing their way through Congress to get what they want. But when it comes to accountability, a PERSON would be put in JAIL. The corporate version of “Jail” does not exist. Corporations get to PAY their way out of everything. Another BRIBE, and the cycle continues.

Bribery is the way of the corporate “person”…and YOU thought bribery was illegal. THIS is why #CitizensUnited must GO. It is one-sided, corporate favoritism. You cannot have the RIGHTS of personage without the ACCOUNTABILITY and RESPONSIBILITY that goes along with those rights. #EndCitizensUnited

Showing Conservatives the Scientific Consensus on Climate Change Can Shift Their Views on the Issue

If you wonder, like I do, about how ANYONE can cling to a view that pretty much the entire country thinks is wrong, think about this: Politicians are a unique breed. They are the clique-makers. The authors of division, by definition, placing party loyalty above all else.

So here’s the problem with that: They surround themselves with like-minded people, shunning the viewpoints of anyone who is NOT on their team. To the point where NO ONE would dare even bring up climate change in a room with them…unless to joke about or reject it, and anything said by its supporters, as #fakenews. They never SEE the evidence (because they cover their eyes). They never HEAR the Truth (with hands over their ears), so how are they to believe it?

Sure…in a perfect world they are duty bound to become informed, and make the decisions that are best for all of their constituents and America. But this ain’t no perfect world, and these guys ain’t no model citizens. No, they are flawed, self-centered, humans…who need to be bitchslapped into the 21st century and have their eyes forced open (think #ClockworkOrange), forcing them to see to the realities around them.

Bullies suck. I was bullied a lot as a kid, but honestly it seems like it’s worse now. So many more ways to hurt people with “virtual” bullying. Physical bullying has limits in time and space…they waited to give me my daily beatings every day at the bus stop at 3:15. But the Internet is 24/7 Everywhere. No place to hide from your antagonist(s).
Keaton…you are brave and you are not alone. Hang in there…it WILL get better if you don’t allow them take your future from you. ~jg

That’s right…the French are offering grants to American scientists to encourage climate studies. Since it’s pretty obvious that the #Trump administration is out to destroy the environment, it’s lucky for us that #France wants to make the PLANET great again.
Great, in this case, being ACTUALLY great…as in before HUMANS started fucking everything up.
