‘Dirty Water’ From Boston’s Charles River Is Being Used To Brew Beer

Hmmm. I know it’s filtered and all, but I try to live by “if you wouldn’t drink the water, don’t drink the beer they make from it”.
The same logic keeps me from drinking a lot of Mexican beers. I may be wrong…but Yuck.
There’s too many beers in the sea. ~jg

The pot calling the kettle black? Ya Think?
This election is nothing short of pure comedy.
Not intellectual comedy. Not even ironic comedy…although there are a LOT of ironic (or not) parallels you could draw to Idiocracy

No, This Election is Pure Three Stooges (well, two stooges now) ~jg

The Last Word: Phil Lesh on Favorite Jerry Garcia Memory, Sci-Fi

Funny shit…great interview. ~jg

“Jerry Garcia would have turned 74 on August 1st. Do you have a favorite memory of him?”

Phil: “It’s the three of us – me, Bob [Weir] and Jerry in the Los Trancos Woods near Palo Alto in the summer of 1965. We’d wander around – you can imagine the state we were in – and I ran with Bob into some gully. We’d hang out there, looking at the trees. We came back up the road, and there’s Jerry scuttling across the field, kind of like a badger, a three-toed sloth, on all fours. He’s scurrying across, and he’s moving fast. Then he sees us, and he gets this sheepish grin on his face. And he flops on his back.”…
