FCC seeks comment on whether it should continue halting internet subsidies for the poor

Ummm…No, the FCC should NOT halt subsidized Internet for the poor. Internet is for all. Schools are trying to use the resources on the web to teach children, especially in poorly funded schools where resources for learning are limited. If the poor have children, those kids need Internet if they’re to have a chance to thrive/survive in this world. We all need Internet, if only to keep tabs on the asshole politicians who would like to keep us all In the dark. If you agree, tell the #FCC what you think.

Here’s Why Engines Are Making Planes Slower Now Than 50 Years Ago

Because they save money on fuel, of course. Fuel is the biggest cost of running an airline. Somebody invents an electric fuel cell powered jet that can carry 200 at 600mph, game over. Just saying.
(psst….you can make hydrogen for free using solar power and water. Hello AA?…United?…Delta?…Jet Blue?…or hey, how about Jet Green?)
