Seizure laws are already out of control, thanks to Patriot Act provisions that have been abused by the DEA and ATF, as well as every other police agency. The ability to seize suspected illegal property without warrant or proof is a breach of the Constitutional protections against unreasonable search and seizure. It’s simple enough. We don’t demand it, we don’t get it. Somehow, the leaders in our country have conned Americans into believing that they don’t deserve universal health care. Somehow, we’ve been sold a fairy tale that denying health care to the poor will make them stronger, get them out of poverty and make them more successful. Yeah, ok sure.

Honestly…the GOP doesn’t seem to know when to quit. They have spent 8 years obstructing everything, and now they no longer seem to know how to do anything except block things from getting done. I doubt we will see anything that looks like compromise or working across the aisle.
