Once upon a time, we dreamed of a future that was better than today. We strove for progress, and seeing humanity reach the next level of understanding on everything we could learn. Now it kinda feels like we’re just in survival mode, working harder than ever just to HOPE we have a chance to thwart our own self destructive aspirations. Maybe we won’t destroy our planet. Maybe we’ll wake up and see that our error is in the goals that we set for ourselves, and not our dedication to achieving them. Just fucking saying.
