#News420 The #TRUTH is, we need the federal government to stop blocking real scientific data from being recognized solely because it was “illegal” due to federal prohibition, despite being fully legal in the State where the studies are performed.
The Tenth Amendment to our Constitution ensures that State sovereignty trumps Federal authority. Federal cannabis prohibition is a violation of State sovereignty, especially now that a MAJORITY of States now recognize some form of legal cannabis (medical, recreational, or industrial hemp).
