Our trial of Hulu is, thankfully, almost over. Not because the 30 days is up, but because we’ve somehow managed to make it through 3 commercial infested impossible to binge watch seasons of #TheStrain.
The trial has convinced me of several things.
First, I will NOT become a Hulu subscriber. I can’t bear another repetitive annoying commercial…it’s as if you only have two advertisers. And one of them is Hulu.
Second, and this goes out to your advertisers mostly, I won’t buy your products. Ever. I hate you as much as I hate Hulu. You should stop spending money to turn people against you.
Third, thanks for showing me how much better the Netflix experience…and value is compared to Hulu.
Fuck you #Hulu. Fuck your dog, and goodbye (after two more episodes and 47 repetitions of the same two ads).

Could Weed Ever Be Legal At The Federal Level? This New Bill Could Make It Happen

#News420 The Marijuana Justice Act…I like the sound of that…removes weed from the controlled substances list. Cory Booker is trying to make NJ look GOOD for a change.
Somehow though…I have a feeling that we’ll need to have some GOP onboard to get anything passed, and the conservatives who eventually warm up to legal weed will still want it under the scheduling system…so this probably goes nowhere.
Let’s hope I’m WRONG.

Zapping microbes and CO2 to turn it into food? I’m dubious.
But assuming it works #forrealz and if you used non-carbon-based electricity to ZAP it, it would be CO2 NEGATIVE food to boot. But…what the fuck would it TASTE like? And would it actually be good for you? Asking for a few billion hungry friends.

I guess it’s good news if you’re a Steely Dan fan, but bad news if you’re Steely Dan. If concerts weren’t so fucking expensive, I’d be thrilled.
Music should be FREE. Art should be FREE. A society that imprisons art in chains of greed will fail, unless the creative muses can be freed from those tethers, unleashed to create at the will of the Universe, not the almighty greenback.
