That’s because with some people, the more evidence you show them, the more they avert their mind’s eyes so they don’t have to believe it. Denial seems to make no sense until you realize it’s actually a simple human response.
You see, once you use logic to defeat whatever illogical arguments they may have, resentment builds almost as fast as their fear of being discovered ignorant. The defense: Simple. Throw logic out with the babies’ bath water and nobody can prove you have no clue.
