Pentagon Accidentally Exposes Web-Monitoring Operation

I dunno… Between the #USNavy seemingly being unable to navigate away from collisions at sea, and virtually all of our government agencies apparent inabilities to secure their networks and computer systems, I’m getting REALLY worried that we don’t actually have much safety at all. From either military or cyber attacks. A real shame, given that so many essential liberties have been surrendered or confiscated for that presumed safety. And by “a shame” I mean “yeah, we’re probably fucked”

I’ve been saying this for years. It SEEMS like just a little change, but who can predict the long term effects on genetics and evolutionary change?…on both the ‘edited species’ and those that feed upon and interact with it.
The unforseen possibilities are as limitless as our human shortsightedness, and in my opinion, chances are good we could REALLY fuck things up.
