One quarter of people in the world have no access to reliable electricity. Think about YOUR life without power. It would suck shit, wouldn’t it? Now think of yourself WITH power, but without a monthly bill from some quasi-government monopoly. Free from control and more importantly, taxation of centrally managed carbon fueled power. Self sufficient.
They would hate that. That’s why alternative, renewable power is taking so long to arrive. Just saying.
