Geniuses Wanted: NASA Challenges Coders to Speed Up Its Supercomputer

I wonder how “super” NASA’s “supercomputers” are? Considering they got to the moon with computing power equal to many calculators today, my guess is they are still limping along on last decade’s ‘super’ workhorses.
