If public money is used, patents and trademarks are property of the People who paid for the research, and the billionaires should not be allowed to profit without the People profiting equally. These companies should have to pay a percentage of profits (equal to percentage of public money used) back to Govt if public funds are used. It’s only fair, right?!?
