So basically, this guy and 13 others are in a Federal program and supplied weed by the US GOVT for “compassionate use” because it is proven to be helping them…yet DEA maintains that Schedule I is appropriate because there’s no proof of medical usefulness and a high risk of abuse. All I can say, is more people should sue the Government for the right to use the medicine of their own choice if they wish.
