Courts have decided and will continue to decide that it is unconstitutional, and we all know what it REALLY is:  A tool which allows law enforcement to terrorize citizens of color selectively, and at will. FACT: They need a fucking warrant to enter your pockets unless you are caught in the commission of a crime. Being black or hispanic and walking down the street minding your own business is NOT grounds for a legal search because some cop decides you LOOK like you MIGHT commit a crime. Stop &#038; Frisk is a DIRECT violation of the 4th Amendment. ANYONE who is in favor of this abhorrent policy does not give a fuck about you or your rights as a citizen.
