They are being taught to fear Americans because the people in power are afraid. Afraid that their exploitation of the masses is nearing an end. Afraid that their power will be removed and replaced with the voice of the people. The rich and powerful are using the police as a tool of suppression, and training them to fear the public helps keep them in line and able to dehumanize the populace so that they can do the job. How else would you get one group of people to turn against their neighbors? Fear is a great tool for the job. Ask any terrorist leader…they’ll explain the power of fear<\/p>\n
