THIS is the kind of inspired innovation we need here in the US. It’s possible to design apartments that create more energy than they use…think about that for a second. A check BACK from the power company each month…or why be connected at all? The only thing standing between THAT Future and our current situation is that Big Energy companies want to keep selling us power. That’s right. They have a government sanctioned monopoly on energy, and both the energy companies and the US Govt make huge amounts of money because we pay and energy tax for the Privilege of staying warm on the couch, watching TV.
