And they know they will gain $20 for every customer who doesn&#8217;t check their credit card bill every month, for every month until they do (or forever).<br>When I called to resolve, they claimed to fix it, but the next month my bill was $20 higher again. I finally got them to credit me by threatening to cancel my service.
