Google can basically show whatever the fuck they want in their search results…unless they start skewing results to their profit at the expense of the competition. Then it’s not so much a free speech issue as it is a fair trade issue, regulated under commerce statutes.<\/p>\n

“The First Amendment does not dictate that any non-government-run platform give any US citizen a platform to say or do whatever they want. The First Amendment does not require that Google allow any content in its search engine for any reason. Google\u2019s search engine is not covered by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and U.S. law does not guarantee Freedom of Speech on Google\u2019s search engine as such.”<\/p>\n
