Honestly, I would think it would be just the opposite. CO2 is beneficial to plants, which absorb it and convert it to Oxygen. Supplemental CO2 is often used to increase plant growth and yields, so the idea that atmospheric CO2 be might harm plants or reduce yields seems to defy logic.
