My entire life, I have always tried to walk barefoot as much as possible. I’m barefoot right now, and just about every day, all year long. I hate even wearing socks in the winter.
\nI’ve never made any scientific connections about it before reading this, it just feels “better”, more “connected” to the Earth…and wearing shoes makes your feet sweat…and stink. It makes sense though, if you think about it, that we are supposed to be electrically grounded to the planet.
\nUnless of course there’s a lightning strike nearby, in which case, bad things happen to grounded people. Just saying. #balance #grounding #earth #health<\/p>\n
