\nI don’t know…maybe for the same stupid reason they keep it listed Schedule 1 so it can’t be studied, because it hasn’t been studied enough?
\nOf course, calling it “Marijuana” regardless of spelling is a racial slur equating it with minority involvement in the illegal use and trafficking. It is a slang term, and the correct nomenclature should be “Cannabis”. “Marihuana” isn’t even a word.
\nHey…I wonder if the prohibition laws could be overturned because “Marihuana” doesn’t actually exist? Even my spellcheck says it isn’t a word, so any law prohibiting it is literally prohibiting something that doesn’t actually exist.<\/p>\n
