I think the rich see the poor as a problem. Not poverty as the problem, the poor themselves.

\n“Anyone can succeed in America.”
\n“You have only yourself to blame for your poverty.”
\n“Everyone is equal in America.”
\nIt’s just that the rich are a little more equal than everybody else, so you lose. Again.
\nJust because the uber wealthy are all rich white men, doesn’t mean it isn’t economic racism.<\/p>\n
