\nThe other thing I can’t help notice is that our government, once the bastion of free speech, now deals with protests in the exact same way as third world banana republics: With militarized police in riot gear. That’s right. We’ve officially lowered our American Democracy to “their level”…where military strength is deemed necessary to prevent the voice of freedom from getting “too loud”.
