How about regular alcohol users\/abusers?<br \/>\nThere are no grounds for this, other than the improper scheduling of a substance that the majority of States and people in this country agree has both accepted medical uses and is less dangerous than allowed substances with lower\/no scheduling. Wherever alcohol appears on the DEAs scheduling, Cannabis should be several lower&#8230;oh wait&#8230;alcohol, which studies confirm is much more dangerous and unhealthy than Cannabis, and has ZERO medical uses,  isn&#8217;t even scheduled. In fact, it&#8217;s specifically exempted from the Controlled Substances Act, as Cannabis should be.
